Improvement is great but she is still not THAT good. Ujjaini, Sanchali
Twinkle, Joyeeta, and Prajakta were all better singers among the females.
So I will not apoligize for hearing her sing out of tune and then saying
that she sings out of tune!
As for the gurus praising improvment, that is their job. But as a viewer, I
am here to be entertained. So naturally I would entertained by someone
who is a good singer vs someone who sings out of tune.
Go back through all of their performances and she is always the weaker
link. This week she has a sore throat. A couple of weeks ago, she missed
some cues. In multiple previous performances, she was OUT OF TUNE
(that would be besura in Hindi).
As for her "improvement" - -I am a better cook than I was a year ago,
does that mean I should enter a chef competition? No because I am still
not THAT good! This contest should about who the best singer is, not
who has imrpoved the most. Banjo is a good looking girl and she may be
a nice person but as a singer, not that good. She has improved and
maybe Sharib can carry her to the finals now that he is the best male
singer left (no offense sweet Ash).
The real question is which combination sounds the best and while I love
and adore Sharib the singer, I think that UA is the least weak pair
musically but I will bet that SR somehow pull it off. Well, maybe if UA lose
then suddenly the musical fan base will save Sharib over Rajeev.
If I had my wish, Sharib and Sanchali would be paired and R and B would
be sent home!
