jadoo-ji, there are "feelings" that are often hard to express. ask folks around here what is chemistry and they'll have a hard time answering. if the magic is there, we know it is there. if it is not, it is often hard to put into words. one shld then expect a nonsensical answer.

on the other hand, how often will we have Sharib behaving in this way. this time around he's made aspersions against the musicians on the show who have basically worked for over 10 years without any of the public appreciation that he has already gotten. kitna jhoot bolega?

that is ok... i am not saying Leslie is correct with his comments... but that does not justify Sharib questioning him like that... such things would only harm him.... he cud have just stayed quite and answered by giving a perfect performance in the next round...

good points, but:

1. when kids run amok, are the parents always to blame? yes, some things could be edited out. but wld that be fair to the other contestants who have had impeccable behavior? in the process of jumping over ourselves to crown Sharib the king of singers, are we ready to overlook the implicit lack of professional ethics on his part? he is not the only good singer in any case.

again, sharib tried to deceive the public here. he indirectly blamed folks who have had a long track record of working behind the scenes and giving us an excellent show. management is to blame for that? that's the mentality which let's people down- passing the buck and ducking responsibility. let the buck fall where it may, high up or low down. in this case, it happens to be sharib's fault, and i am not sure that he is all that low down anyway given his star-status.

btw, HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU WERE ONE OF THOSE MUSICIANS? somebody has just wrongly and publicly accused you of bad musical judgment and is holding you responsible for their bad performance. is this what we can expect from him in the future when one of his stage shows goes wrong? rather than work on improving himself, he'll rely on his star-power to blame others and hood-wink the public? phir kehte hain, what is wrong with the public!!!

2. the show has helped keep these kids in the lime-light. normally, one has to pay to get face-time. if someone cant handle the pressure that comes with the success, they should be out. sorry, sharib is not the only good singer in the block. far from it, although because we find him "cute", we will not see that.
