My first crush (and the last one too).😳
The day I proposed.😳😳

Looking down from 'Annpurna' base camp- the un explainable mystery of rainbow on the ice cap. 👍🏼

My first Scuba dive!

First time listening to 'Sumon' (only Bong friends might get this). 😃

Becoming a father… there is so many of them.

Here goes a song dedicated to all the memoirs: Prothom School e Jaoar Din (sorry it's in Bengali 😳)

Let me share a different one – my first encounter with my Father in Law!!

I was waiting at Howrah station – Chaitali (my wife) suppose to come there directly from university and introduce me to her father, who was suppose to be there on his way to Delhi (Durgapur – to Delhi via Calcutta). Obviously I was nervous – having an urge to light up a cigarette. But alas – I had no lighter or a matchbox. I saw one person nearby (in front of the famous bookshop there) smoking – went ahead and asked for a light and the person (seemed like in his mid forties) passed a lighter.

I was just about to finish my smoke – I saw Chaitali – waking towards 'that man'!! Yes he is my 'hope-to-be' father In Law. You can imagine my expression – Priceless!😕

anolda, wat did ur father in law say then?? 😕

I am yet to grow up Jaya!

Couple of days back -

It was raining heavily here – I was returning from office – without any umbrella (thank god I wasn't carrying the laptop either) –decided to get soaked in the rain. It's a quite empty road from the MRT station to my place – a 7 minute walk. I thought no one is nearby – so started singing ("Bohujuger Opar Hote Ashad" – Rabindrasangeet) in my besura awaaaz! But didn't noticed a petit Chinese girl got scared (she was waiting fro someone under a shelter alone) – she might thought I am screaming for help – and asked me – 'what's wrong?'.

I said – "never mind sis – I just gone mad".

Didn't dare to look back her expression! 😆😆

One such day he was teaching a theorem and reached up to draw a straight line which eventually became a curved line.

After drawing he said: 'Suppose this is a straight line..'
I immediate reacted and said: 'But sir this is curved line..'

He politely replied back...

'Ore buddhu is liye to suppose bola...'

We all went speechless.....😕

deep, tat was nice.. suppose and suppose...

When I think i was in grade 3 I heard my brother study law of gravity,so I went and asked him what it meant. He explained that anything that fall from top comes down.
I has a science teacher who was not so nice..if we did any mischief he would hit our knuckles with a 6inch scale.so i decided to see what would happen if i put something up on top of the ceiling fan and switched it on.Would it fall on his head?or fall on somebody??More than anything it would be fun to see what happens. So I proposed this idea to a very few close friends. In the lunch hour..just the five of us stayed back in class..pulled the teachers desk put chair on top of that and then some.one of us climbed up and put sawdust from the chalk board, small stone chips and broken chalk pieces neatly stacked up on the fan blades.Generally in Bangalore, the weather used to be pretty decent,so we hardly needed fans. But as luck would have it , the very next class after lunch was science and this khadoos walks up.He shuts the door goes to the centre and tells the corner most kid to switch on the fan..
You can imagine the disaster..!!!
Poor teacher did not know what hit him..
We did not get scolded becoz the principal thought it was a masterplan of somegrown up kids..we were way to young to try it out..such innocent little brats as he lovingly said.. 😃 and I sure do hope he is not a forum Saragamapa section member !! 😆

adi, shehtan ke bache ho tum..
