Both. But your points were excellent.

Priya ji, Hema's faults were

1. He was from South India where people don't watch hindi channels, so he could not get the full benefit of regional voting.

Hema also had some problems around his diction, but I guess that did not matter much, as people really did not take the technicalities under consideration
