It has been seen that mostly all the people who play bad boys on screen are very good people offscreen. Pran saab, Amrish Puri, Prem Chopra were very much loved by the industry.

Among the hero's the person who has done most social work and is loved by many is our Mithun da.

As a person Rafisaab was a saint.

Prem Chopra, I heard use to be editor of Times of India...The presence of one of these actors use to boost the box office of films...👏

Utpal Datt, Deven verma, Amol Palekar, Deepati Naval, ashok kumar could be found together in films.. I must say they were class of their own...

Yes he did work at the TOI. In fact, he was on Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai rerun on Saturday and he mentioned that he resigned from the job around "Upkar"...

I (for some reason) thought this thread was more about the people who have not been in the limelight as much as they should have due to their mainly character roles...

If so, Uma Devi (Tuntun), Johnny Walker, IS Johar, Mehmood should be on the list as well...

If not, I'll move on the next thread... 😉

Not to forget Helen...

In the 60s, there were some producers who refused to start a movie without Helen...

Then, who can forget KN Singh (and his one raised eyebrow), the grand villian of yesteryears...
