Comeon man vinit_rocks, its a common sense, when deboo's mother was alive, deboo was in teenage and was going to college doing engineering. His mother wanted him to fulfill her wish after completing his engineering. But after he did his engineering, his mother was not alive. Soon he got married and his wife supported him throughout to shift to Mumbai and make it big and he succeeded in it. So whats wrong if somebody achieves success. Just because he was competing against vinit (your favorite) doesnot mean that you have to criticise deboo and abuse him for his victory. Atleast deboo didnot leave his college halfway like vinit did to take part in this competition. He did everything after his education. I agree that deboo initially was not good and did lots of mistakes but vinit was also not less in making mistake while singing. But later on in final stages deboo improved a lot and sang as if he was the best among all even though he faced lot of criticism.

Now vinit-rocks please stop criticising because its already going to be one month since deboo won and he is already in limelight and getting lots of offers. Even Himesh has called him to sing for him. So he is flying high. So your cribbing here and criticising deboo will not help you in anything. It is not going to make vinit win the title for VOICE OF INDIA. Deboo has already won. So dont look back. Look into the future because one has better things to do rather then looking back into the past.

NEW DELHI / MUMBAI: Zee TV's much-publicised and highly rated show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005, has got its winner. And, with it surfaces another singing talent as also spin-off programming material for the channel.

On top of the world: Winner Debojit Saha with mentor Ismail Darbar In an intense and nail-biting finish, which saw a last-minute flurry of short text messages for and against participants by viewers, Assam lad Debojit Saha was chosen as the winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005, a music-based reality show. Saha beat Vinit Singh, a capable opponent, to take home the prize money and other associated benefits. Pointing out that the audiences have been urging the channel to show more of their favourite Challenge singers, Zee TV business head Punit Goenka said in a statement today, "We have decided to showcase our talented, but ousted, singers in a new series called Ek Main Aur Ek Tu slated to launch on 16 March, airing on Thursdays and Fridays at 10 pm".

Runner up Vinit with mentor Himesh Reshammiya According to Goenka, Challenge 2005 has had a triumphant run turning out a "phenomenal performance." He added: "The show has redefined reality programming. We intend to continue our search for fresh talent with a new series of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.. This is not the end of the journey, but a new beginning in search of new voices". The winner Saha bagged a music contract with HMV and a two-year sponsored stay in Mumbai. However, almost every contestant of Challenge 2005 seems to have benefited from the exposure in the programme. The grand finale of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge lived up to the expectations Quite a few have already bagged leading playback singing opportunities. Prominent ones being Vineet with Himesh Reshammiya for Zayed Khan starrer Rocky, Rajeev and Himani for Kalpana Lajmi's already-released women oriented flick Chingari and Nihira Joshi and Hemachandra for Alagh. Expressing satisfaction, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005 director Gajendra Singh said that the show has proved to be a successful series since inception.
