Baaghi 4 - Reviews And Box Office
From what I know this is a folk song and is attributed to multiple singers. ID has reported that he had researched this song and adopted to his music. Folk music has no copy rights
I agree with you, Musiqar. That's what I know too.
What else can you expect from ID. Slowly, the skeletons will be out of the cupboard one by one.
you are right...skeletons will roll out for every music director in this industry right from Himmesh Reshamiya to Jatil Lalit to Ismail Durbar to Adesh Shrivastava to Annu Malik (the Big Boss)....
JUST REMEMBER NONE OF THEM IS A SAINT!!!
everyone of them has 'lifted' songs from some original source....
Other renowned composers have also used folk tunes. O.P. Nayyar used a lot of folk music from Punjab. SD from Bengal, Nepal etc. But most of those tunes had been around for ages, so no one person could take credit for it. This is the 1st time I am hearing of one individual who actually composed the folk tune.
I do feel sad if the man who has composed the song Nimbooda is required to pay royalty for a song he has composed. It must be hard for him.
That is what kills me the most. I was surprised. ID comes across as a down to earth guy from a humble background.
