Sonu Nigam on Karunya

Sonu rated him the best singer he has seen in any competition. Obviously he was also comparing to his days in SRGM. He also said he has amazing breath control. He also said that his voice does not change even when he goes on high notes. he also said that he sings absolutely effortlessly.

Sonu also added that public does not understand singing at all.😆

Any comments or comparision with SRGMP singers?

Sonu is well-paid to say that..

Lagan Lagi was certainly excellent, when he is consistent, I think he is better than Hemu(I am going to get hit hard on this one, but hey my opinion 😉 ), when he is inconsistent he is worser than a lot

I think Hriskesh, Vakil are certainly better than Karunya, no question Kunal was better

I find him equal to Amey, actually on Amey's best day Amey is better than Karunya's best

Just my opinion, you can have yours

😆😆..Of course Karunya is one of the good singer.But I prefer Hemu n Nihira.Do u remmeber Kapil had same type of comments over Nihira for her Saathi re song

I think Sonu badly wants Amey and Karunya to be in the top two(so he can claim II-2 has better talent than SRGMP or Idol-I)

Amey sings wonderfully but he seems to lack something in the voice. I thought his Laag Chunari mein daag was awesome but phir bhi kuch missing tha. Of late Karunya has sung very well. His last week folk song was great. I am referring to "Piya Re Piya Re...."

Regarding breath control, i agree that Karunya is superior. But i love Hemas vioce and soul that he puts in his singing compared to Karunya.

Having said that, Amey is probably more ready than Karunya... About Hema and Karunya, I love hema's voice though karunya seems to sing high pitch songs really well.
