Well to be honest this was always the case with Hemu .. i.e. being sidelined in the show.. he received the lease amount of publicity somehow. But for us fans.. he was always the best .. his singing .. his voice..

So coming back to the FINALS yes indeed I felt that they shld have lined up something more for Hemu but then again after listening to him sing ... I think that was more than sufficient to prove his skills. As I always say .. SRGMP is the losser with Hemu gone... whereas Hemu has come out a WINNER so he doesn't need any more favors from SRGMP they have given him a platform and he has proved himself. 👏 👏 👏

Right Now and using his Yaadien in the opening of the show, I dont think
a solo performance was even needed !!

He just proved his mettle. His performance of Right Here Right Now was
nothing short of perfect. His dancing was particularly impressive!!!!! I am
sure people enjoyed tat performance more than anything !!!!!

I agree that another reason he might have not sung because if he gave
another performance of Nahin Saamne level, people would say 'winners
ko hatao aur isko gavao' !! Zee can't afford that !!!!!

Atleast they had all the performers perform atleast once, whcih was a
good thing. I thought they weer all very good. But Hema is THE best =D

And I really liked what one of the members wrote about the walkout
telling people to forget it. I really agree. They are KIDSSSS and if they
make amistake, its our duty to forgive.

Agree -- even in using Yaadein, it was sort of a slap to the finalists as he
sounded better. The audience actually went wild for him. You know what
makes me angry? I have seen multiple interviews quoting GS and others
from the show bemoaning the loss of Nihira and Himani but no one was
angry about Sharib or Chandu. They never publcized these two and it
was a disgrace and a loss to the show. I know some people will not agree
with me, but sometimes I felt like there was a mgmt bias againt Chandu
because he is South Indian. Also I feel like the show had a bias towards
Vinit because of regional issues as well -- come on guys Punit, Vinit...

No it was most likely HR and if Chandu was suddenly HR's only
contestant, you would have HR sreaming that only the South could
produce such a great singer and anything against Chandu as bias against
the South.

yes mdroyji

may be the show is biased towards Chandu cause he is from South India ... it was always Shaan supporting him but other than that don't recall anyone else from the mgmt doing the same...it is indeed sad but then again I am sure they realize that AR Rahman .. Hari Haran ... Shankar Mahadevan ... all hail from South India...

I was only looking forward to watching the Grande Fianle because of Hema...
I agree they totally ignored him inspite of the fact that he just merely missed out of being in the final.
I think they were afraid that after Heam sings Debo and Vinit will sound 2 ordianry. Hema would have truely blown them away if he had sung solo.
Ne way "Come to Me" was amazing. He showcased his dancing ability as well

Go Hema!! You wil certainly win the real challenge
Cant wait for ur CD to be released!!

He drove 2wice !! First the bike and then the rickshaw..

his performance was outstanding, personally I felt people were cheering more for him than for other finalists who sang... and Himani appeared sooooo pale in comparision with this boy who was always sidelined for not being a good performer !!

whose having the last laugh now?

maybe its good he was sidelined, atleast that resulted in people taking more notice of him when he got voted out..

you kno a thought struck me, often we great people smile when they lose and its that smile which makes us cry.. hemu used to cry almost anytime! When he got selected in AS's gharana he was almost in tears, when his sister got voted out he cried, when he thought he was gonna get voted out because of that performance of bachna e haseeno he was on the verge of tears and when paresh got voted out he had totally broken down.. he was also upset when himani and nihira got out..but when nihira got out, i saw him smiling and telling something to her which made her smile too... this emotional boy didnt cry when he got voted out !!! and that shows the change and maturity tat had come..

hats off !

He has never gotten the true credit or Kudos for who he is, what talent he brings to the contest or even how wondefully he has sung through out the contest.

My wishes and blessings are with him. His talent and singing will speak volumes in future. Same goes for Nihira and Sharib.

One request to those who keeps on bringing up the walk out by 3 "get over it would ya"?? Blame the grown up before you blame the young ones. If ID had not walked out Debo probably would not have won this contest. So be happy with the result today and leave Hema out of it.

Peace!!!!!!

petalsji...

u r absolutely right...why blaming kids for that walkout episode..after all r they r all in between 16 n 17. when u can forget n forgive the walkouts of grown ups...why cant you do the same for these kids...at their age, actually they went into lots of mental stress!

and yes, i too expected they would atleast mention hemu's name, or atleast give him a solo number, as he came to final three. but nothing, happnd...i got so disappointed....
