It depemds on the provider you are using. I guess it is INR 3/- in Airtel / Hutch etc. and INR 2/- in BSNL.

NOw what I wanted to say I've read that somewhere here, instead of 3 cr vote only for the final if we could open a account for debo or vinit they would probably be able to buy more than one ALBUM for thereself and maybe 2 apartment in Mumbai? man the phone company's were rich and getting even richer and not to mention so is mr.
