It seems you can relate a lot to Debu's emotions. Did you do all these things and quit your marriage? talk if you have a dead mother with unfulfilled wishes, talk if you have gone through the hardships he has, talk if your character could have survived the humiliations hurled at you every day by filthy characters like HR/Vineet, talk if you had the inner strength to carry on no Matter what the adversity............other wise JUST SHUT THE F**** UP.

If you remember in one episode, one gen-X composer said when giving his song to Vinit that since you have passion you will do well in this song and gave him "resham si hai..." Vinit sang that song so well that Sandesh (the other composer) was overwhelmed with the performance, and he said he will give 11 points to Vinit and that he has no words to describe. This speaks for his playback singing ability at this time also, which I believe in.

That Border song, sandesen aatay hai, by Vinit was very well sung. Though the song was an emotion-generating one, Vinit exuded graceful rendering of that song. I wouldn't be exaggerating if I say that I felt what Vinit sang would do well for me without needing the original film soundtrack sung by Sonu, but please don't take this seriously. It's just what I felt.

your perceptions about the "Border" song r yours and I'm not going to argue against that. after all, every1 has their own way of hearing, seeing, judging, feeling, etc.

I am not arguing (in fact didn't argue) any aspects other than Vinit's voice. my problem is the following: Right now u r seeing the person vinit singing and so regardless of how childish he sounds, u appreciate that assuming u r a vinit supporter. now if he sings for a film hero, u won't see vinit singing but u see the hero singing whose masculine voice is what u get used to after watching the movie for sometime. now all of a sudden, if the masculine voice is completely replaced with a kid's voice (voice of a 14-15 yr old), that's when the situation looks pretty awkward. that's why I prefer debo's voice over vinit's (i loved debo's voice to begin with and think he has 1 of most soothing voices in this competitoin).

let's take an extreeeeeeeeeeeme example before I leave. can u criticise lata's singing? no way. but what happens if she sings for amitabh bachchan? lata may deliver the most smashing performance but don't know how many people in their right state of mind will accept the anomaly (maybe they will enjoy the song by closing their eyes) but expectation-wise the movie should be total failure.

so with vinit, I am trying to picture an adult hero singing with vinit's voice more that seeing vinit singing on stage. either way, I like debo's voice 😉

n let me remind u that this thing has been started by vinit n HR. when vinit was the only persone left in HR's gharana , vinit said about his guitar n maa ka sapna 😆 😆 😆 😆

i feel he cant sing all kind of songs still for his age he has done well.need to groom his vocal-chords a bit.
