You are correct, using foul language against state is crime. But here in this forum using foul language against HR is bigger crime than using foul language against a state. There are so many topics in this forum which directly attacking whole state.

That gusy should be banned, once mods will go he will start same craps. This way other will be discouraged to do this kind of act. Otherwise other people will also srart same thing.

I am not from Assam , but Assam belongs to India. And we should respect sentiments of everybody who is visiting this forum, he or she is even from different coutry.
