Why do you expect that Hr should say that Hemu is better than Vinit?

Jinse Hemu tareef deserve karata tha unn logonse usko bahot tareef mil gayee hai(like Subhash ghai, Shaan, Diya Mirza...), to aur kya chahiye aapko? Hema doesn't need any praise by people like HR.
