Vinit has once again outclassed Debu on Feb 9th episode. Vinit rendered the songs, resham si.. and suraj hua.., so nicely that one feelslike an established professional singer is singing (Bhumika also had to admit it). Plus, he has the passion in his singing. Remember, one of the judge composers even went to the extent to saying he would give 10+1 for his resham si...meaning he was so impressed and he said he has no words to describe it. Vinit got overall better scores from these 3 judges (all of themnew-gen composers). All these are pointers to the fact that Vinit is the better singer and he has what it takes to become a high-quality singer.
People who don't like Vinit often point out his here-and-thereshortcomingssaying his voice is not mature, he has problems with going from lows to highs or vice versa, he is copying sonu, etc. etc. Straightest answer to them is nobody is perfect and no one is a perfect singer with a perfect voice. What we need to do is to look at OVERALL performance where he undoubtedly outshines Debu.
After Feb 9th episode, my instincts tell me non-Vinit supporters must have got a feeling in the heart of their hearts that Vinit is singing better. I think at this stage, only the emotional supporters of Debu or relatives or personal friends or ignorant people or those driven by regionalism will continue their support for Debu, barring few others who may still prefer Debu's songs and who are generally prone to supporting less-deserving contestant (sorry, no offence, because Vinit sings better than Debu).
