Her daughter is a classically trained fantastic singer herself...but got awed once when her mum came from illness to perform 7 songs continuously live in concert...and then Varsha gave up singing. She's now a firebrand writer for Rediff.

i am glad varsHa bhosle sings nomore. he was a bad singer, i have heard her in a concert ("asha is hope") and she was pathegtic. i guess asha bhosle must have suggested her not to pursue singing.😊

she also writes in rediff nomore. she stopped >2 years ago.
