Folks:

Many of us know something interesting that others may not know. So lets share what we know that is not commonly known. Lets post in this thread something about Music (singers, songs, music directors, lyricists ) that ---

1. Many may not know but will find interesting
2. Not easily found on the internet.
3. Short and to the point (no lengthy articles please)

Shaan's father, Manas Mukherjee, was a music director and he composed music for quite a few films. Here are some of the films that he composed music for --

Lakhon Ki Baat
Labbaik
Guru Suleman Chela Pehelwan
Albert Pinto Ko Gussa Kyu Aata Hai
Lubna

That's Ok. I said interesting to most NOT ALL on this forum. I guess there are other threads on topi, love story , Debu bashing, rumors, nicknames etc. that you can read and contribute to. As you can see there are many who are interested in this thread so we will carry on. What do you say folks?

govinda's father was an actor (films/theatre)

He played the role of a music and nritya guru in the film Payal ki Jhankaar. One of his famous students that insulted him in the movie is none other than Surinder Kaur who plays jassi's mother.

Govinda's real name is Govind Ahuja IIRC, BTW, interesting pieces of information. 👏
