Please don't misinterpret Tabu's words. What she meant was even though Hema has lost here, there are plenty of opportunities for him in Hindi as well as Telugu Film Industry. A person who knows both industries only can talk like that. Guys, please don't under-estimate telugu film industry. Telugu films are made more than any other language pictures including Hindi. Many of the hit songs in Hindi are copied from (what you guys might not know are) from Telugu and Tamil.
Very few people will have this kind of opportunities where they can sing in both the film industries with out any flaws. FYI, Hema has already sang some songs in Telugu Films. For him whether Hindi Film Industry accepts him or not, he has already made his pillars in Telugu Industry. Nowadays, all big singers in Hindi are singing Telugu, and funny thing is however bad they are Telugu people are still accepting them.
No offence, whether the winner is Vinit or Debo I'm sure one day he will sing some songs in Telugu.
My favourites for this show were Hema, Sharib, Nihira and Himani. Though I'm bit disappointed that none of my favourites could win, I'm accepting the verdict.

people tabu is a hyderabadi herself who has made
it after a lot of struggle
in the hindi film world... so i dont think anyone should misinterpret what
she said to hema as negative... what she probably meant was that even if
the hindi music industry is going to be harsh on him (remember HR's
earlier comments once about Hema not having a universal voice) ... he
will make it by climbing each rung of the ladder... also .. if anyone knows
anything about south indian cinema... you will also know that the likes of
AS blatantly copy popular tunes from tamil and telugu films and pass
them off as their own compositions... Hemu need not worry at all!! [/
QUOTE]

I agree though I really want to reiterate that he should really look at all
regional language albums including Bengali. His romantic voice is well
suited for Bengali music.

That crap that is put out these days -- Chandu deserves a better
showcase for his talent. Then again he also deserves renumeration for
his talent so let's hope that people in the Hindi music industry take
notice.

It is very bold of Tabu to say what she said.Even before this episode I was of the opinion that Hema's pronounciation is very poor.He has a good voice but neeeds to po;ish his Hindi/Urdu. The other reknowened singer singers from the south had to leave the stage after very short stunts in Hindi films.Veneet is a very poor copy of Sonu and hence will not make it big. What makes it worse is HR's blind support.Debu has a different kind of voice and has good chances of winning

I haven't seen the episode yet so don't know in what context all these
remarks were made. I read cutegirl10's note in this thread and was
curious. I hope Hema makes it big in Hindi film industry, he has the talent
and the grit (look at what all he had to put up with) - should take him to
great heights!

Don't give her the credit she does not deserve. It is a MUSIC competition not ACTING competition

I THINK SHE IS FAR BETTER THAN THE PUBLIC WHO IS VOTING SO BLINDLY.

I 100% agree with you gvnls....and having read the updates seems she is the only one who had the guts to speak her mind a lil openly. What i am happy about is that she told off HR which on one has done as of yet. HATS OFF TABU indeed !!!!

As for Hemu he will make it in INDIA be it North / South / East or West. He sings excellently and is blessed with an amazing voice.
