In a way - fault of AS & JL

In a way all this is the fault of AS and JL. Remember the early episode (before all the makeovers started) when Vineet was still looking like a badly groomed bacha? There was this one time when he sang very well and then HR mentioned that he was suprised that gala kharaab tha phir bhi Vineet sang well. To which AS and JL said "aisa ho hi nahi sakta" If he can sing like this when he has a bad throat then he must be the best singer of all. To which HR got mad and said "ki Vineet is the best! Ab tou kisi bhi haal mein main isse winner banaaonga"

Since then the whole nautanki has started with HR constantly sticking up for Vineet. I am a Hemu/Nihira/Himani fan...so personally i have no involvement in the Debo/Vinit debacle. These are just my thoughts and feel free to give your inputs!

even though I am a hardcore debu fan, i've to agree with u there. before the agnipariksha, HR was no the agressor. it was JL and AS. everytime Vinit performed, they spared no effort in throwing a couple of sarcastic remarks at him or HR (ID's contestants weren't spared in this respect either).

The problem now is that even though HR's support is justifiable, his methods are reduced to a comedy (espeically some of the statements he makes). before agnipariksha, i supported vinit in every round (partially due to HR being always at he receiving end) and enjoyed his singing.

but HR's blatant partiality towards Vinit, not over other gharana's contestants but over his own gharana's contestants (like Ujjaini and Paresh), was hard to digest for too long.

my opinion (take it or leave it) is that without HR's hyping, Vinit might have enjoyed an even stronger fan base (just by the mere fact that AS and JL were always at his throat). unfortunately, HR's tactics somewhat served to do the opposite.

I totally agree with you on this...without all the drama, Vinit probably would have emerged as a strong contender regardless. Also, ID may not have lost it completely had it not been for HR trying to yell and boss around.

I need to watch old episodes. I remember Lalit saying something like Nihira is not the best, and Nihira was literally in tears. 😡

Ok my favorites are

Sharib, Nihira, Deboojit and Hema and swananda. Swananda was my favorite due to her sweet voice. But all my favorites have gone accept for Deboojit and my last hope is remaining now. So I would go on voting for deboo. He is just the best.

Actually, so many things happen behind the scene but GS shows edited version. Then I do not believe in what these people tell or fight over. Why GS is giving so many precious to HR to hype Vinit. It is all drama to show Vinit is the best being played by GS/Zee.

HR not only spoilt his own image, he spoilt it for Vinit too. Vinit getting so much attention from HR has slowly changed from the person he was when he first joint SRGMP Challenge. He has become arrogant and seems to think highly of himself only because of endless support from HR.

The only lesson public can give to HR by making Deboo a winner. So let's do it.
