* Although Lataji attended school for a day, she has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate by 6 universities including the New York University.

I guess Lataji is not Saraswati's avatar but the goddess does indeed reside in her throat while she is singing. She will be remembered by many generations to come. I am proud of my country for producing such gems. JAI HIND!!! 👏 👏 👏
