I logged on to post a similar topic!!!:) U beat me to it...but thanx for posting this.
Lemme first say that I like Himani's voice a lots....but am not a blind(or deaf) fan....cuz she has her limitations in softer songs....bcuz her voice has a natural power/stremgth in it like most Punjabi singers Jaspinder Nirula, Richa Sharma which is a hindrance to softer songs......like to day in Ae Mere Waton Ki logon, u could c she was trying to keep that power out of her voice but she couldn't, n that ruined her performance....cuz this song needed soft n subtle singing...not a power packed peformance.
Simply put this was not in Himani's genre....n Nihira was better hands down....no contest....u just need 2 close ur eyes n listen to Nihira singing, especially the bit "Khush rehna desh ke pyaro"....Nihira was just too good today!!! N Nihira just brought back memories of wat we r missing!!!

Nihira is the best.She cannot be compared to that pathetic Himani..........Cant wait till monday to see her performance. Even though she is not in the race now, atleast I can view her performance and after this episode most of the people must have changed their opinion those who didnot like Nihira. There are very rare people who dont favour nihira but even they must have changed their opinion..........Most of the people must have felt sad for voting nihira out............Kya boloo! She is number one singer. .....Alphaaz nahin hain uske liye yaar! she is just superb............

You say whatever you wish. But favoring a coward doesnot make any sense.........................You agree with it or not or you accept it or not the best one is nihira and only nihira. Just by calling Himani the best doesnot make her the best. You can say thousand times but all people have got to know about her true colours................Thats all I can say.

I have called Himani pathetic and not you ok......? Even I can use such words for you but I have not used it for you. Because I am not so low like you. By expressing me by that word, I can make out how low you can stoop to. That shows in your posts.

I think we all need to calm down, we have too passionate about our fav singers. And no need to insult any SRGMP participant.

Nihira is the best. She is the nightingle of India. She is incomparable. No one can take her place. If u guys know about real singing then one and only Nihira is the best!!!!!!!
