I think a GEOGRAPHY TEACHER should be present at the sets of SAREGAMAPA CHALLENGE 2005 to teach AS & HR that NE is not just ASSAM . In fact NE comprises of 7 states namely ASSAM , TRIPURA , MEGHALAYA , ARUNACHAL PRADESH , MANIPUR , MIZORAM , NAGALAND.So I dont think they have any reason to complain considering that DEBOJIT got 80% votes from 7 states . The ARITHMETIC MEAN is fairly even . They are trying desperately to stop DEBOJIT from becoming CHAMPION.
BTW the thing that really bothers me is that WHERE ARE THE VOTES FROM WEST BENGAL GOING ????
They just showed that DEBOJIT got 2.8% votes from CALCUTTA . But you have to understand that CALCUTTA IS NOT WEST BENGAL. I expect no less than 2 LAKH votes each week going to DEBOJIT from here. But it is as if WEST BENGAL is not voting at all . But that's not the case. I know as a matter of fact that , from DARJEELING to HALDIA , all BENGAL people are voting for DEBOJIT . I have a suspicion that they are including the votes of BENGAL to that of the NE to make it look as if the LION'S SHARE of DEBOJIT's votes are coming from the NE.If that is the case , I think it is time for all us BENGALIS to unite and vote for DEBOJIT.

Man, seriously this is too much to handle...

Just because AS questioned 80% NE votes you will vote for Debojit..

SO basically, you will react to all the drama on the show and vote instead of voting for talent..

India is truly divided... I thought atleast our generation (I dont what is the average age here) atleast would not think in this way I guess I was wrong.

Again Vote for musical talent not for West Bengal or Assam or AP or UP.

Yes to bring you out..as you are so regional that you never said anything to AS or teh three pigs who showed communal act ot the bar lady who said assam ki voice.. you want that ur time people will not be communal and you can go ahead and vote a bhaiya.. AS is actually trying to get a Bhaiya.. first condem those pigs .. then surely you will find the difference..

2) This a a musical talent show to promote upcoming musical talents.
3)DO not involve any politics in this (I do condemn AS and what the three "kids" did.)
4)Look at my other posts to see who I support and that I have not much respect for HR and AS)
5)Please refrain from using words like "bar lady" in an adult conversation(if you are an adult).
6)This is a discussion forum just point out the things you do not like in a suttle way.

While you guys are killing each other over a television show, Zee is laughing all the way to the bank. Can you even imagine by how much their advertising revenues would have gone up after that controversial episode?

And this shit is not even telecast live! It's recorded almost three days in advance. Of course it was a conscious decision by Zee to air the bickering and the barely concealed racism...it all adds to their TRP rating!!

There are reality shows on television channels in the US too...most of them are downright disgusting and cheap...but till date I have not come across a SINGLE one that even DARES TO promote hatred and regionalism (belive me there is enough scope for that even in the US). After nearly 60 years of independence we still break down Indians based on which region they come from. When people ask me where are u from I tell them I am an Indian what does it matter which part? They keep quiet after that

Last I checked "Assam" is a part of India....so "Assam" or NE votes...India votes...

I was born in Bombay, living in USA for 11 years...when George Bush won...many said he won because most of the misled church goers in US voted him...but like it or not majority wins and democracy rules and GWB is very much the President.

I remember once when Hemchandra was going to be voted out...his father intervened saying "Can you count again please....Entire South has voted for him".....Fair enuf.
