When real artists have to scapegoat …. Why we respect the SRGM? , ultimately the Zee standard? The controllers could not resist from GURUKULizing the clean show it was for its half span ….

I began watching SRGMP in 2004 and I was in awe of this young girl Nihira Joshi and her amazing voice. The selections, the renditions of every note was absolutely mind blowing. It seemed to me that my soul soared with her voice like pure gold. At the end of her long reign when she lost due to not knowing the words of Tu Hi Re I was sad but extremely impressed that this young 16 year old girl had attempted and to me, passed with flying colours her test. She was a legend in the making even if she didn't win.

A year later for Challenge 2005, I was estatic in seeing none other than Nihira was in the contest and I knew immediately all music lovers were in for a treat and true to things, Nihira didn't disappoint. Her versatility kept me downloading and replaying all her songs. I found her to be an endearing, modest, compassionate and beautiful girl who took her great gift with the utmost humility and in so she won a very huge fan base in my small country.

While your exit is a total injustice, then it is Zee's major loss. Nihira is a bright star high above the realms of the others. This small obstacle will pave way for the great things foreseeable in her future. To Nihira thank you for gifting us with the melody of your voice, for all music connoisseurs and everyone who appreciates true music out there. This young lady with her tremendous talent, reminds us that there is a bright continuation of the traditional Indian Music Industry.

Thank you ID for showcasing the talent of Nihira which is essential for her future. Short terms contracts and winning a competition which will give you your 15 minutes of fame mean nothing in the long run. Yes there are people who will criticize you for choosing a hard song for her to perform, but there are millions and I include myself, who's heart skipped beats and pores raised with that haunting rendition of Saathi Re Bhool Na Jana. Hats of to you ID for saying no to Commercialism and the easy street out. A singer is not someone who chooses songs in their own comfort level that will get them voted to win but, one who willingly tackles those that are challenging. I don't have to say who that person is. 😳

Nihira, I will miss hearing your voice and seeing you on Monday's and Tuesday's but know that I wish you all good blessings and success and let your voice leave us haunted for more.

NIHIRA WAS THE BEST IS THE BEST WILL BE THE BEST

My favourite and the best singer ,the sweetest person,
a devoted music lover, probably adjectives in my english vocab will end if i 've to admire her.

BHAGWAAN Ji will definately give her the position she deserves .
No one can stop such a beutiful girl &singer from reaching the highsand for her sky is the limit.

Her face is on my desktop ,her songs in my music collection .
I can assure u this will be the scene for so many in coming years.

She 'll be back and that too with flying colours.
