Ok, guys I have been watching this program regularly but have never posted because I always believed people will make the true singer win. It is unfortunate to see Nihira go. I had that feeling for last 2-3 shows. They always gave her tough songs to sing. Poor Nihira modest person that she is, in the desire to get better she was the very vocal about her own areas of improvement. I did not see any reason for her to apologize to Prasun for the Panjabi song. She was great. Why did they not ask Himani to sing pure Marathi song? Her own mentor praised someone else. I could see desparation on Nihira's face. She was like , all these people are making right noises, "Desh Ki Naak Banogi" but pamper someone else. Look at the song they made sing her last time , Saathi re bhool na jana mera pyar, did it have a signal ? Whether in politics , business and arts people play games in India, no wonder we our teams , leaders can never given consistent performance. They go for show and not for real talent. Well life will go on , show will go on but it cannot be the same. This is probably my first and last comment on the forum.

So much for being modest and honest. But there r many examples of loosers ultimately winning the life's competition. I am 100 % sure Nihira is among them. Ismail Darbar's change of attitude towards Himani really shocked me. AS SOMEONE SAID WHY DID THEY NOT ASK THE NORTHINDIANS TO SING A MARATHI OR SOUTHERN SONGS?? It should be both ways.THEY WILL NEVER MAKE IT. UNFAIR UNFAIR UNFAIR. Also being a Maharashtrian I thing we people dont have enough enthu to spend 6 rupees on sms no matter how good a cause. Shame on us. Though I hate to call this competition regional.. thats what happened (Thanks to Gajj ji's mess) and there is no denying to that fact. Marketing.. Nihira lacked Marketing.. but who cares.. her work is to sing well and SHE WILL SHINE ABOVE ALL ELSE. Himani is very good.. but has a specific character voice. They have to depend on crystal clear voice like Nihira to keep Bollywood and good music going.. Watch out...

OMG!!! This can not be true! why the hell is Nihira out when shes by far better than VINIT DEBU HEMU AND HIMANI!!! WTF???????

Flippin' 'eck nobody understands real talent any more the show was to choose the voice of india not the best butt-shaker of india!!!

I have had enough, looks like we gotta write a strongly worded letter to Gaj-JI for completely ruining the show by introducing public-bloody-voting! the public cries over bad music yet still votes out the best singer in the competition!!!

I used to really enjoy watching SRGMP, the whole theme was so good but now it's a farce, the only thing left 2 watch is shaan the rest cant live up to the standards Nihira set
