Ok so u'r entitled to u'r opinion but then again can Himani do a HRHK a la Nihira....Nihira has proved her versatility time & again even by rendering peppy numbers but Himani is yet to come out of her genre & prove otherwise.....so there u have it.... Nihira has it all.....bhajans, fast numbers, classical.....u name it & she'll ace it up!....that's my gal Nihira👏So u can't really typecast her to be singing "Bhajans" only, can u when everything is her forte right now.

Yes, Nihira can. She sang Ishq Khudaii and Rangeela Rey to show that she can do better than Himani in places where people think Himani has an edge but I have to turn around and ask how many dual Ocatve (HRHK) and multitrack (Rangeela) songs has Ms. Kapoor sung. You know this whole thing with love affairs and faintings is to distract everyone - NOISE when compared the REAL Music.

Himani can do punjabi songs so J. Narula (minus high notes) and R. Sharma. Himani could not even dream of doing Alka, Lata etc. the mainstream stuff. In time Himani will fade away (that is if she even gets jump started by AS). AS chose Nihira over Himani in ALAG.

Lo karlo baath ..... who better to judge than AS himself who calls Ms. Kapoor his daughter.

ALL OF THE ABOVE BE IT ANY TYPE OF SINGING. SHAMSHAD BEGUM WAS THE BEST NO DOUBTS . I DONT KNOW IN THIS LIST WHAT RICHA SHARMA IS DOING 😆

i think sunidhi.because her voice has a contemporary feel,a bit more youthful and zingy 😛 to be shamshad and richa and jaspinder, more versatile(western songs ,i mean) .any way i like her voice.new rehman find madhushree sounds like alka.

madhusree is that senior! judged srgmp.wow.did she sing well.i liked her in kabhi neem neem(which many contestants on many shows have sung) and hum hain is pal yahan (KISNA)not very popular in competitions-but i wish they would.
