Mentors in awe of Paresh?

Why do all the mentors seem so much in awe of Paresh? Just bcz he is from UK? They are as good as bootlicking him! There are more deserving and talented contestants, but why sideline them for this very very ordinary singer? Amongst all the AVs shown this week, Debojit's was the most touching and genuine. But his wife was not given any footage on stage, but Paresh's MIL got her 2 mnts of fame. I think all these mentors need to wake up from their angrez hangup.
