My personal favourite is Neela Heera but if I don't appreciate Himani, I'll be doing crime..........

Yes in this particular episode both were very good, but overall I see Nihira emerging as winner........

I feel himani had justified to her song mcuh better than nihiri.The way she matched with the class of "oopar kudha" sung by legend lata di was just outstanding...i was just stunned to see her performance.
While nihira song "Rangeela re" is just an ordinary song...i mean in level of difficulty...with a soft to medium pitch of raising....
Nihira is well suited for the gazal singing like chitra singh or mitali singh...

I agree with you and I also thought Himani would get more vote than Nihira for that song.

Nihira has sweet voice but I like Himani. And about the the song Aitraaz - Himani was FAR better than Ujjaini. I didn't understand why Ujjaini had chosen the song while it was already sang by Himani. She should have chosen another on.

I agree that Himani did the justice t o song in terms of technique but her voice has a distictive tone which is diff from Lataji's.
Yes Nihira will do very well in Ghazal singing as well because of her sweet voice. Rangeela re is not an easy /ordinary song, it has jumping notes.
Have you seen the AR Rehman in Dubai recording..........??
This song was being sung by Anumapa perhaps....ARR was using track on his famous Korg keyboards superimposed over live orchestra, somehow she slipped at a point & she was lagging behind all the time, it was really sounding awful.

Both Himani and Nihari are excellent. May the best win, though my votes to Himani( and Vinit).

And yes, a lot of people are getting goose bumps these days. A new phenomenon in these musical times :-)
