I think people are just getting bored of musical reality shows, what with Indian Idol, SVOI, various spin-off versions, besides SRGMP itself.. these shows have been going 5-6 years.. I used to be an avid follower back in the days, but i've hardly followed this season, not because of poor contestants or judges, but just bored of the whole format.

Yeah that's what I think too. And this year, people have already seen FOUR singing reality shows. Music Ka Maha Muqabla, then Indian Idol, then SRGMP and Chhote Ustad. People must get bored of listening to the same songs and same judgements.

That's why I can only follow one singing show properly each year.
