With due respect, I have questioned ID's mentorship when it came to Vinita. I thought she was the best of all 4 (Keka, Ujjaini, Raktima & Vinita) who came to this C-2005. This is my personal opinion.

In my opinion:
Vinita was very good but keka was far superior, she was much better than even Ujjaini, I can guess one reason for ID being harsh towards Vinia and that was Vinita being an untrained singer. ID is very classical, he reminds of Salil da of 70s, thats why he was harsh towards Vinita, because she used to miss sur during practice, again Vinita couldn't have reached from where she left SRGMP, if ID was not her guru.

i would like to add "hungama ho gaya" song to ur list of twinkle's best songs....she performed that song beautifully........

Daiiya re was Twinkle's best performance, if you have this album at home , play it and then listen to what Twinkle sang, she was hitting each & every note perfectly, that was her day.

I respect your view & opinion. I don't want to debate on this topic. I personally don't care for ID style of Mentorship. I love him as music director, but his mentorship could use a little help. Again I don't think Keka was any better than Ujjaini or Raktima or Vinita. I put Keka in same catagory as Himani. They both have similar singing style. Keka was very consistant singer and Himani is very consistant in her singing. They all are good in their own ways. As I say this is my opinion only.
