Frankly I never liked turkey meat as it is all so dry.

Using soya products they make a lot of artificial meats too, but I doubt they are healthy.

All tastes come from the sauces , butter, sugar , salt , spices etc

Yes. Maybe those that I tried were badly prepared. I always like a bit of fats.

But I do like roast goose n duck, which is very common here in Singapore.
