Having tears in eyes is not a sign of weakness , hiding it certainly is.

It is very common for sensitive people to get tears on listening to roohani gaane.

At times it is for beauty of lyrics (jinhe naaz hind pe hai wo kaha hai, tujhse naraz nahi, do naina aur ek kahani, katra katra) or iallt is because of arrangement of music (satyam shivam sundaram, parvat ke is paar), it all depends on how you feel about the song.

And this song ye jo desh hai tera (swades) often brings tears because of lyrics & pic in film.

Certain songs remind you of certain people, and if certain memories are strong enough, they can evoke strong emotions.

If you want to see me cry, play Kailash Kher's Ya Rabba from Salaam-e-Ishq. For some reason that song always brings tears to my eyes. Just when you think time has healed those wounds, some sorrows rise back from the dead, as fresh and new as before.

Although I hate it when mentors/judges on reality shows say that a performance brought tears to their eyes. Its ridiculous and overdone.

But life is all about aadhi aadhi poori khwashein, tooti tooti farmashein, and kabhi jeet mein bhi shaamil pal pal haar hoti hai, right? Its the cycle of life ... not just my life, but everyone else's too. A true individual is one who makes the most out of those aadhi khwaashein and tooti farmaishein. They make life worth living. 😊
