thanks brother mg for reminding me and posting this beautiful song Der na ho hai kahi..., this is one of the best compositions of jain sahib's career. I guess lots of people don't know that he was a great lyricist too and these are his lyrics. Ashvini Bhave performed beautifully from Aaja ve mahi. Hats off to you jain Sahib.

Lata di ne moote pero diye hai apnee gayeeki se and Suresh Wadekar was also amazing.😊

taking about Kathmandu, I have been there in 1982 with my friends, we have Bhole Nath Sivji's temple there called Pashupattinath temple, great place to visit, especilly Pokhra, Kathmandu and Beerganj, very simple and honest and down to earth people. I remember this gentleman the hotel manager started an argument with us, he asked us if Mount Everest was in India or Nepal, we said ofcourse in Nepal, but he argued and said that in India they teach us in our schools that Everest is in India.😆

Yasudas was one of the best singers of his time, he was good in classical music as well.

Thanks for remembering Ravindra jain ji, he is one and only.

Nearly all of his songs are raag based which demonstrates his firm grounding in Indian classical. I like all of his songs .

Current musicians should take a lesson from him, despite getting low budget and B Grade movies he churned out GREAT music.

We love you Ravindra sir..!

I adore his song from Ram Teri Ganga Maili-
...jane lagi jaan jaldi aana tu dobara...Sahiba...kya harkat li hai Lata ji, this song is a complete song in itself.
