In srgmp now singing doesnt matter, its only look and region matters.

Well I differ...though I am from the same place as Hema, if you ask me to choose between Debu and Hema in the final final round, I would route for Debu...

Please remember this is a realty show, and that I have been watching SRGMP for more than few years now and the voters should vote for the singing talent...nothing else...MO...

I agree with you. I am from shimla. But till date I have not given a single vote to Rajeev. I have always voted for whoever sang the best on that particular episode. But the problem is when you start public voting to decide the results of a singing competition then with song quality even the all round performance start mattering. Public are not the best judge of singing. SRGMP should have followed the usual procedure that they followed always.

Agree with you Bhaskar...IMO currently the voting is controlled by an SMS mafia...their only aim to boost a particular particpant, no matter whether he is good or not...

The other day, I was watching MissWorld2005...they also changed their format this time (probably because of the flak that they received after last year's doubtful decision)....

First 15, two each from each rim like AP, Europe, etc were selected by public voting...added to this were 3 from a fast track...then the final six were chosen by a panel of Judges! and the final three also were decided by a panel of Judges!

Perhaps SRGMP organisers should look at the above format and take necessary action???
