Basic.....

All singers should have some baisic knoweldge about

indian clasic like karnatic, hindustani .etc ........otherwise they

can't be a good singer.....i think some of them have not much info or

not trained , i think its the basement of singing...

if you look old singers, mohd rafi, kishore,mukesh etc they can sing

any type of song cos of the good basement....

now a days who can sing like rafi or kishore model....all computer doing

you can do anything, mixing or patch sound weakness etc etc....

wat you think guys...

Mr. Believe for your kind info first of all there are beginners and they are getting training.some are getting training from last 4-5 years some are professional like nihira some learn from child hood like hemachandra ,vineet so plz dont critisize them by telling them they dont have basic you should be proud by what they have achevied always encourage never discourage....

ok that mean it is hurting you .... ya really truth is always sour... so better look for our own shadow before searching for others...as every one is perfect in them....for your kind info... Mohd Rafi never learnt singing....you can check it...

so you check it out weather he learn or not ...for your kind info he landed in singing by mistake he was not trained one... so i too know that coin has two sides... i think your case is the same that you check that a glass has half water less instead of see water half full...so better try to appriciate others work...

I agree with Believe to the extent that singers who have some kind of exposure to classical music have an edge over untrained singers. Like with everything else, training and practice always has its benefits.
However, there have been some incredibly naturally gifted singers that have come our way like Kishore Kumar and as guess_gallery pointde out Md Rafi. But such people are like shooting stars so its unfair to take their example.
One only has to look at singers like Suresh Wadkar, Asha Bhonsle, Lata Mangeshkar, Chitra, Yesudas etc to know what a classical upbringing can bring to a singer. Their voices have that fluid quality that brings so much pleasure to music listeners all over the world.
My best wishes to all remaining contestants and hope that they will start/continue their training in classical music.

about rafi-sab he is legent in singing...one thing i want to tell with out learning u cant do anythng..automaticly nothing cant gain...you want to do hardwork...so i not agree with u mr. guss

there are judges to point out there weakness you are not the one to tell.. they should be pointed by there superiors or the person who is top inthat feild like HR,ID,AS,JL,this is your point of view that appreciation will make them lazy... so why people apprieciate sonu nigam is he lazy now ... i think no.. it is your wish you agree with me or not as i always tell..
