It is time and again proved that there is a polarization of north and south and that north considers that south is lowe. And in fact there are some people who think that there is only one city in the south and that is , Madras (Rem ..Madrasi???). I am not sure what should I be upset about ..the geography knowledge? or the tainted opinion? In any case both are pitiful. Today Shreya Ghosal comes and meets all the participants going ga ga about all and about Hemchandra she talks as if he has come from an alient planet (not that it matters what Shreya says ..I am talking about the respect for the situation and the stage in maintaining same tempo and excitement about each participant). She says .." Hemchadra ..you sing very nice ..make south proud" ..Haaa why can't he make India or Hyderabad proud. Can you see that feeling of 'south' inadvertantly? Folks ..I know some of teh intelligent brain would be trying to comment that I am trying to pull some unnecessary details which didn't exist or noone felt that way. Well, I would like to elave it to others to analyze and see what it is. I felt sorry to know Shreya didnt feel like saying something like ' you are hyd biryani or whatever' .. who teh heck are you trying to fool gurus? :)))
