A BIG TAMASHA!!!!!!

Zee TV has made a big tamasha of a such a wonderful music show based on singing only...

The channel tried to make it a performance based show with all the latka and jhatka along with the singing...

Just a note that how many oldies.means singing sensations like Rafi sahib, Lata jee or Asha jee...used to dance to the tunes of songs...they just concentrated on their singing and gave us a very good music...

I wonder why on this show...singer is coming on bike to sing Roop tera Mastana....Why? just to hide the quality of Rajeev's singing...he repeated the same line a couple of times....Rajeev himself tells that at somepoints he really sings bad and yet demands for votes from public....

Vinit is at his best always...

Debojit is versatile singer but commits mistakes...his dancing is overpowering his singing these days

Hemachandra is good for his voice but has diction problems being a south indian ...its really hard to compete with other guys but he sings quite well

Paresh has his unique style...he is western trying to blend it in Indian style and people like him not for his singing but modern approach to his singing...janta want something different too

What's faulty in Nihira...if she sings at her best...just look at her sur and balance in her singing...how composed she remain..

Twinkle....she just wants to be another Britney spears ...making faces and harsh singing ...just look at her face when she gets yellow light...how innocent she becomes to get into the next round...

Himani is good singer, a polished singer

Ujaani has come a long way but still needs to improve on her singing

MY OPNION IS NOT ON ANY SINGER BUT ON GOOD QUALITY SINGING WITHOUT ANY EXTRA PERFORMANCE.

AT THIS STAGE BEST SINGER CAN BE JUDGED ONLY ON THE BASIS OF HIS OR HER SINGING CAPABILITIES...GOOD SUR AND TAAL BALANCE AND OFCOURSE UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF GOOD MENTORS

Someone at Zee should be told this too. I have always loved this show for its quality. Shaan is wonderful comparer and Sonu had done excellent job before. They always had such good and talented people coming, why are they tring to kill that 😡

The day Zee said they are going to make it Voting based I felt so bad ..I mean Sa re ga ma pa had its own charm and everyone used to like this show lot .Still we like this show but there is always fear of injustice to quality singers ... I dont know how it gonna be in next rounds.Just hoping best talent to win 😊

Great observations by CuteSahiba. But maybe you were just a wee bit harsh on Twinkle. She is a good singer who had pipped even Himani on the way to Agnipariksha if I remember correctly. She is going through a bad phase having been bitten by the performance bug. She has the ability but needs to get her fundas correct.

Twinkle needs lot of concentration on her singing....just imagine her if she is composed, standing with mike little away from her face ...just being little gentle to the lyrics ...she can do brilliant job than other female contestents

I agree with whatever cute sahiba has said b'coz we have totally forgotten it is a music show not a fancy dress competition where importance is given to looks and dress and what not.

This show has its own charm as far as singing is concerned, let's keep our spirits up so that best of the talent comes up and show be a great sucess.

For hema to stay around, he needs to pick tougher/challenging songs and do a good job. He needs to work harder. He has a a disadvantage of not having regional support like debo etc.

For example Nihira, in one of the the rounds got less votes than Twinkle, in the very next round she picked a challenging number (hare rama hare krishna) and simple put the stage on fire with her outstanding singing. Her vocal range is amazing. She sounds so sweet in the high notes and simple great on the low notes.

So at this stage in the competition you cannot pick simple songs. You cannot keep performing at the same level. You have to show something in your singing that will put you ahead of others. This advice is for Hemchandra especially and to some extent Himani too.

Himani is so good but she needs to move from the same style of songs she picks. Time to show your versatility and you talent.

Very sad to see Sharib leave. He is so good. But the mnetors did a good job at his exit, the way they appreciated him.

But the truth is each of the them are good in their own way and we are going to feel bad every week as one of them will have to leave no matter what.
