Singing or Entertaintment ?

Saregamapa from some time especially during the final rounds is focusing more on performance and other stuff's like makeovers for the contestants , what do you feel about this and does the changeover worth?

i definitely agree with sunsha...the show is deviating from it's originality... i still cannot believe they made Hemachandra shave off his moustache....the show is becoming extremely artificial ... i am glad though there are still some authentic singers rather than performers left who if the public votes properly will make it to the top

In my view

previously when the Judges were musicians and singers, all were fully concentrating on singing and proved themselves as a very good singer...

but now the situation is chnaged, Judges are Public and which gets affected by all ... not only singing but looks , Style, presentation and sometimes imational factors too...
so they have changed themselves accodingly ... what is wrong in that???

in my view they are doing right...but yaa ofcourse at the end they want to become a singer, and for a singer the biggest performance is singing. They should always concentrate on singing first and other things are supplimentry...

YES , I AM WITH YOU PINTOO,YOU ARE RIGHT THEY ARE GETTING THEIR MAKEOVERS BUT THEY HAVE TO CONCENTRATE ON THE SINGING FIRST BECAUSE IT IS THEIR SINGING WHICH WE AER LOOKING FOR BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE ROCKSTAR OR APOPSTAR THEY ARE GOING FOR PLAYBACK SINGING AND FOR A FEW OCCASION THEY WILL BE ON THE STAGE OTHERWISE THEY WILL LIVE THEIR LIFE IN THE RECORDING STUDIOS NOT ON THE STAGE. 😃
