Ah I see. That's what I thought, but wanted to make sure. Well you cannot learn soft skills from books. Our center manager at Verizon talked about soft skills all the time.

Whenever we did interviews for lead operator position he would say, any one can meet target goals; you need to find people with good soft skills. Most goal meeting people are either too bland or too uptight, you have to find people who can motivate and lead. Ask questions to test soft skills.
