Whatever changes cannot be Real. Whatever changes cannot be the Truth. Everything that you and me know of, changes. That includes but not limited to time, space and matter. So, none of those entities are True/Real. Which means, all "this" that we perceive thru our senses is not True. Hence the expression - MaYa, which literally translates to "not this". You can then ask is there anything that is "not this" ? The answer is "that". Why are we not giving "that" a name? Because, "that" is EVERTHING not "this".
Why did I say I am "that"? Because, in Reality, in Truth, there is no "I".
Brilliantly put. However, for debates sake - everything that you and me know of may change but the base never changes. Take clay for example - clay is clay is clay. A potter may change it to a pot or a cup or a plate but clay, itself, remains clay. So, what is the reality here - "that" clay which could be this cup or this plate or this pot before these things get broken and get converted into clay again.
Consciousness means going beyond our senses and sensing the truth - the sole truth. Now, if we think we have a part of brahman with in us and we are indeed "tatvamasi" then, at some level, we are thinking that we are reality because how come a part of brahman not be real?
I seriously think we should take this line of chatting to DM and debate over there. What say Mister K😊
