remember how these little kids breaks down when they dont get selected or while elimination saying "I couldnt fulfill my parents dream, mom dad please forgive me " !!
Parents should make them understand they have many more years with them to fulfill their parents and their dreams........so much pressure and stress at this tender age is not good for them !!

Also I feel its very natural for them to feel disappointed / cry ,
but I just hope thats momentarily and these kids dont take this rejection/failure too seriously and move forward in life with positive attitude......

Elimination should be handled very carefully especially for the kids. It can have serious repercussions on their mental status & future growth. An Independent child psychologist should be mandatory to sit in the program for such reality shows. There should be clear guidelines on judge's behavior while dealing with kids. Kids should be eliminated highlighting all of their good qualities with lot of praise for their motivation and providing them clear reasoning for their eliminated. Also guiding them to overcome that weakness. A singer should not be eliminated based on a single day bad performance. It should be measured for at least last four performances. I believe once the reason for elimination is delivered carefully and recognition is provided for their good work, it will have least impact on kids.

I am 100% agreed with your points Sir, whenever and wherever children get involve things automatically become sensitive. Here parents should play thier role by educating kids about the consequences before sending them at front. And I request zee (tv) pleeee😡ase stop playing such Dukhiyare and kismat ke mare type songs for eliminated kids. Just bcoz of these wonderful kids we watch this show, discuss, argue, get connected ..... 😛 and they are being used for gaining trp and revenues - its ok, they have to run thier channel - phir bhi aise baccho ka toh ek bhi aansu girte nahin dikhana chahiye.
