Its basically fish coated in batter similar to what u make pancakes with covered in bread crumbs then fried in oil

i don't know they just love the stuff, great for asian community here alot of business u see there are loads of takeways and resturants here. btw i always wanted to know what if any the national dishes of india are?

also i'm confused about the fact some in india eat veg only yet some eat veg and non veg why the difference i hought hindu's don't eat meat as the cow is sacred, sorry if i got things wrong there just curious
