Swananda is 21? i thought she was older

i honestly thought she must be 30 or something not 21. looking at her husband he looks at least 40. she must of got married in her teens. even so its a big age gap did she just marry him to come over to the uk. its probably his second marriage. looking at the shows she just seems older than the other contestants but infact shes younger then some of the other girls.

anyway she looks to genuinely love her hubby which is more than i can say for some of the girls who come over to uk i know loads of marriages that just hasnt worked out cause the girl's expectations of the uk standard of living was far to high i blame bollywood movies with their big houses etc only a rich business person has that not normal people here we just struggle lol.

I honestly feel that this is none of your business. Please feel free to make comments on singing abilities. Do not drag their personal life. Shame on you for creating a discussion thred for such thing.

As Dev76 rightly said, it is none of our business to discuss about their age and their age difference, whether they love their husband or not. When do we come out of this gossipping habit???

Oh come on guys,so what if she discusses abt age.That is ok,.i know this is a music forum,lekin she is discussing abt a contestant.it is fine.after all the contestants have become a public image now.Don't start defending.pls allow others to say what they want.U are free not to reply.Don't take away others freedom.allow them freedom of speech 😃
well,angelic,I too thought swananda was very old,say around late 20's.She is very sweet lady and has a golden voice like aashaji.

swananda has a great voice....she just sings really well....i was also surprised seeing her age...but age doesnt matter and its the talent.....and that she has in abundance.....

Hey folks, I am terrified, shocked, stunned, astounded, alarmed, amazed, apalled, frightened, dismayed and aghast over the way freedom of expression is being brutally murdered here. I mean this is a free forum and we can discuss anything that we want as long as it is about the contestants -- doesn't matter if it is length of their hair, size of their sandals (and what not), complexion of their skin, strength of their marriages, infidelities of their spouses, likelyhood of their divorces, affairs of their siblings --- yes everything is allowed-- it is free for all......................

but i didnt think she was that young in the way she looks and personality wise and as a singer shes much mature in nature. like i didnt think Joyeeta was older than her as shes 26. on that performance round i felt joyeeta should of won instead of Swananda. but then again so many wrong decisions have been made throughout this series with good singer being turfed out. saregamapa need to improve how the judges come to their decisions as each judge that has come wants something different and it causes confusion on what they are actually looking for in a singer. infact they need to sort out the judges in the first place, daler mehndi as a judge just does not seem the right choice. cant they find any good judges out there they should get someone with more experience like they have done with Pt Jasraj Panditji and past judges they have had on the show. i actually prefered the older version of saregamapa this one is a reality show which i cringe to watch some parts of it its getting more like the x factor show.

we have this programme called out and about on zee in uk and paresh was singing garba in a group as the show were covering navratri events around london but i didnt find him as good as he was on saregamapa but maybe that was because of the poor setting of the mic against the instruments.i actually prefer him doing the film songs though. i know he was an untrained singer but didnt he mention he was getting trained in uk after he failed to get through last time. i wonder what he's singing was like before he was untrained.
