Guru, I had a nomadic life!! That's my destiny or fate or whatever!!! And my dream as a child was never to leave my village/town area!!! How ironic!!! I move from one place to another so frequently - study or work, it keeps going like that - even the energizer battery wont be able to keep going like the way I do! I grew up in India, studied in Australia, then again work+study there, then study+work in the US, and now work in the US. India to Oz, Oz to US, US to Oz, Oz to US!!! In US, Coast to Coast, South - North, and so on... I made many trips to Canada, UK, Singapore, Middle East, several places within US, etc. Now I have learned to live in the middle of stacked up boxes as I dont see any point in unpacking them - this way it's more convenient with my next move's packing, na? 😆 😆
Yup, I have visited the gardens in Vancouver as well as Ontario... I have been to so many gardens, zoos, aquariums and museums in several places, that I get confused... I saw Niagara Falls from Buffalo, NY side, and heard that the Canadian side is even more beautiful.. So I had to make a trip to Toronto in a few months to have the view from the other side - and trust me, Canadian side is prettier, but the US side has more fun stuff like the Maid in the Mist boat trip and all... Nope, didnt bother to go inside the CN Tower... I have been to ON a few times - Toronto, Mississauga area, Windsor, Leamington, etc etc..
BTW, Vancouver is simply beautiful!!! And so is Melbourne, Australia!!! Though Sydney has the name because of the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and all... Sydney folks are not very friendly...
I dont think it's lucky... I move to a place, then get familiar with the area and make friends, only to be moved again and that too, very far away from that place - to another country or state... That's lucky? 😭 Now I have made IF friends, na, so wherever I move, I can keep my contacts with them... 😃
