1969 set off the emergence of one ofm y fav singer md actor combo's - rajesh khanna, kishore kumar and rd burman(even tho it was sd burman who made the songs of aradhana it was rd who got kishore to sing the songs.)

Aradhana truly was one of the PERFECT soundtracks.. equalled only to teesri manzil and dosti.

gun guna rahe hain and roop tera mastana are the best imo. sd burman truly was incredible.

Ok I was trying to find some songs from the 1960's as i can't remember any of my head. Lol I searched in Wikipedia and got the list 1960 movies and found the songs for them in youtube. But lol, I didn't like any songs from there and never heard of them before, so i am leaving my list with just one song which i knew from before.

the 60's songs were the most melodious.. yes 90's was an era i grew up in and i loved it.. but the 60's will be the greatest era of music. if u listen carefully to the songs u will see what i mean.

the reason why many ppl my age feel the same as u is because the songs nearly ALWAYS have slow startings.. which was why I never liked them before..

the songs had more melody,more feeling, better lyrics,better tunes, BARELY any mediocrity..

nowadays these md's are idiots.
