I dont mind Soumen winning, but with the last few episodes with the Aadesh's oversmartness, he will definitely come up saying that "I know the janta will not fall for the drama and will vote for the one who sings well without any drama from his guru, and the janta has proved it.. blah blah..." I dont want to hear that! Honestly, I dont like this gharana competition - it is always at the cost of contestants!!

😆 @ bold , so true... but either ways someone is definately gonna rant after winning ...we cann't escape that... ditto @ don't like this Gharana competition...

My only fear is when Adesh says he doesn't want drama ...Himesh will start screaming more to test his vocal chord ..and the "timid" one sitting there will take the "cherry"with his "not so timid" student......

Yes, true, someone will be doing the rant - either Aadesh or HR for sure, but Pritam maynot be as much.. He has speech problems so he wouldnt attempt, I believe. HR's one, we all saw in C07 when Aneek won!! Aadesh is no less, my instincts tell me, seeing his recent comments and attacks on Vaishali and HR.. In short, the viewers - us, are in for a "rant ride" for sure!! 😆 *sigh*

BTW, I have never watched SRGMP before C05... Did they have this gharana division from the beginning - even during Sonu's hosting time? I think a group of mentors should be assigned to all contestants together so that they can train under each one based on the songs in each round - for example, Shankar would be the best for classicals, and so all can be trained under Shankar and HR together for that round, and so on.. Just my two cents of thoughts... 😃
