his pronunciation is too low class as well.


Amanat pronunciation is low class? what are you talking about, those are very biased comments on your part, and he did sang all those songs very well.

but if amanat was fat,balding and pimply you wouldn't have found koi mil gaya nice.. he sang out of tune..😃
and how am i being biased if his diction was low class? he didn't sound sophisticated.. like javed akhtar said, it is imprtant that u sing udit/rafi/kishore songs in a refined way..
dont get me wrong, i think amanat is awesome in his own way, i even voted for him because of that ghazal round.. but as far as filmy genre is concerned.. he isn't good.

Okay thanks for your comments, I can go on and on and can tell you how songs both Raja and Aneek have murdered, and many a times (more than Amanat) they both were out of Sur and no one has even come close to Tujse Naraz nahin Zindagi and how can we ignore the comments by Pandit Jasraj ji, but I do respect your opinion.

yea.. come to think of it.. all 3 murdered songs... but aneek sang main gar kahoon better than sonu nigaam.

Raja was a Sukwinder Singh Specialist and had his own style.

Aneek was an all rounder will a lot of feel, he gave a very neat performance, but his voice a bit young.

Well it's a little obvious that if you dislike Aneek you won't agree with us. I am not trying to change your opinion either. (If Aneek's talent and warm nature hasn't won people over, i don't think my debating will.) But, Yaggu, we are not debating whether he should have won or not. Because that won't change the circumstances. He was declared the winner about a year ago. But what some of us are trying to say is that while there are many stellar and talented singers in this year's season of srgmp, none are as versatile as Aneek of c 07. We are only talking about Aneek in relation to this year's singers because he won the show last year and showed the most versatility.

We all know Pandit JYashraj's comment and everyone is saying that amanat rocked in ghazal/classical songs. But versatility is a differnt thing.

I have heard much better rendition of Tujhse Naraj.... it is one of the most overhyped songs of amanat. Cant forget his mitwa performance though. Way better than the original.

That's what you think but all the mentors and the team of Dus Kahanian would not agree with you and obviously they are the better judge then us - so pleae don't be biased and accept the fact - just by the way you ask any one Ghazal singing is tougher then singing an item song or even geet.

Just because they are Dus kahania team, that does not make them better judge than us. Do you always agree with the judges about a decision?
Gazal is obviously hard to sing but that does not mean that a gazal singer can sing pop-song better than Michel Jackson. I am not trying to fight man.... Amanat is an awsome singer but that does not make him almighty. He also have strong and weak points like others. As soon as you realise that better off you will be....

I think Aneek and Raja both should have been number 3.

Amanat is in different league.

I like Vaishali, Pratibha and Yashita all three are very good, I think Vaishali is notch better than Pratibha and Yashita.
