As long as Pratibha, Yashita, Vaishali, Soumen and Zaheer stay in the game, I really don't care who goes out and in which order. Would have preferred Asma going this week followed by Sara, Debo and Tarun....but O'well!

He was very upset and could not perform well that day cuz of that. All his jagran colleges stop voting him I guess and he paid the price for singing that. Simple......someone from Rock Gharana had to leave this time(it's over-flowing with contestants compared to other gharanas)....they will not let Asma leave for now.......so Tarun is the "Bali ka bakhra"

I don't think Tarun got less votes because of what he sang . Kailash kher became famous after he sang Allah ke Bande, apart from that a lot of Muslims in India sing Bhajans & Hindus sing hymns in praise of Allah, Jesus & so on. Now Tarun played a cheap religious card in the last episode(maybe the scipt provided by the channel) openly saying that he was being pilloried for singing that particular song, which on his part i think was a futile exercise of attention gathering tactic.

I am 100% sure if that if probed further his claims of being castigated would turn out to be nothing but a pack of lies mostly.

Probably. But I dont think he should be stopped from singing any song as a singer - as the judges said, music is the religion for a musician. If someone has a problem with the song, they dont have to listen, and a singer should not get discriminated for singing it...
