Zaheer's voice suits sufi music the most. Debojit's aarz kiya hai is very repulsive. He is into his singing though. Asma is commendable because she knows little Hindi. Sara has a lovely smile, hope she makes it big in Pakistan. Tarun seems kind of arrogant.

Vaishali is commendable too, inspite of her husband's accident and managing a little daughter she is performing so well.

Pratibha is good too, she could be in top 3/5 too.

Everyone has their own preferences for a number of reasons - personal or whatever. With all respects to everyone in the forum, my top three picks are: Vaishali, Soumen and Prathibha (in any order).

My bottom five are (in order from 6 to 10, for 10 and above):

6. Zaheer

7. Yashita

8. Tarun

9. Sara

10. Asma

So that leaves Debo and Shujat in between - #4 and #5 positions.

Reasons for my top three picks:

1. In a nation where Lataji and Ashaji had always stayed on top and evergreen in the hearts of public, Vaishali's voice is in that category.

2. Prathibha is the voice of the younger generation, belonging to the category of Sunidhi, Shreya, etc and Kavithaji too.

3. Soumen is quite refreshing voice, with pitching done very well, and the kind of voice that will be enjoyed and accepted by many.

4. Why not Zaheer and Vaishali together in top three - you cannot have two from the same gharana in the finale.

Shujat has a versatile voice than Zaheer, IMHO, but he has been picking the wrong songs. Debo has an emotional voice and deserves to be in top five, but his 'joke gestures' might cost him dearly...
