Exactly. The same way Mauli came to SRGMP 2007 and became an inspiration for others like her in the US, UK, and all, that more followed her footsteps in 2009. It will also encourage the children with Indian heritage to be a part of our culture and heritage with pride.

You know what, same here. Only during Zaheer and Vaishali's performances I run my DVR back and forth. Few performances by Debojit made me do the same.

I run my DVR back and forth for Vaishali, Pratibha and Yashita. No male singer has been able to inspired me in this SRGMP. I many times, fast forward Debojit., and some other male singers including Zaheer, due to boring song selection. I used to go back and forth for Mitika, specially her first and last performance.

I don't like any of these girls excepts for Sara and Vishali.

It's not about a foreigner winning the contest (sorry I will never cheer up for Asma), it's about a good singer winning the contest. The fact is, undoubtedly, Zaheer is a very good singer.
