Exactly. And the entire Bollywood music industry would have to be relocated to the Middle East. And our music will lose all the pure talents. 😡 😭

I think its high time they do that. I mean comon so much favoriticism for people from other countries that our own country's gems are sacrificed. If they want to target audience there then why not telecast such competition amongst themselves for their respective countries. Ye world war (Sangeet ka maha yud) ka chakkar kya hai?😳

If Asma wins I dont think it will be "that bad". I mean she is trying very hard and although everybody else in the competition is better than her Asma represents true struggle.

She doesnt even know the language but she manages to sing quite good and she's improving week and week.

I think Improving is the biggest thing SAREGAMPA looks for. I mean consistency is hard but to improve week after week is even harder.

She's putting in the effort and she seems quite genuine so if she wins I dont think it will be bad idea.

But im sure she wont win. I dont think SAREGAMPA is going to make a non-indian win this show. Yet.

In no way was I refering to Aneek. I was saying that Asma seems like a genuine person. That doesnt mean everybody else isnt or Aneek isnt. I was making the comment on a individual basis so no need to compare or exaggerate!

Also, it DOES matter about her conditions. I would love to see how Yashita or Zaheer would sing in Spanish. The fact that Asma is singing in a foreign language is VERY impressive. Its not "enough" to make her win, But its something should be taken into consideration. Now by this comment i dont mean "make her win". Dont over-think my statements, they dont require you to read between the lines.

Personally I dont think Asma has any language issues. There are many singers in India itself who sing in other languages than their motehr tongue - South Indian singers singing in Hindi and all, and North Indian singers singing in Tamil, Malayalam, and all.

As far as I believe, language is no barrier for a genuine musician or a singer. And I didnt feel her Hindi is that bad - she has an accent, so what, anyone who is not a native Hindi speaker will have an accent anyway. But her songs miss the sur so badly though her voice is clear and good. She doesnt mix all her songs with Arabic tones and she doesnt sing with her nose, which are all plus points.

In spite of all that, I will not and cannot accept Asma being the winner - I hope the show wont stoop that low, making a fool of itself as well as the viewers. And when the name is "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa" challenge and not "Do-re-mi-fa-so-la-ti" challenge, I hope someone with a deep knowledge and practice of the proper sur will win at the end.
