The True Judges are 'Vishal-Shekar and Sonu Nigam'

I think the judges should be Vishal-Shekar, Shankar, and Sonu Nigam because they emphasize more on "Sur" and "Taal" rather than creating useless dramas. On every performance, Vishal - Shekar look for mistakes either in sur or other mistakes. Just watch in Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar. Also, Shekar is a very very well singer. Just his voice quality is lacking, other than that he is extremely good.

Himesh, Aadesh, Abhijeet, even Alka never talk about "Sur". For example last year Shaan asked Alka that why did Toshi get 9 marks, Alka didn't say what was wrong in his note, she just said "us kay dil may .... khatam ho gaye gi". Abhijeet is just here to criticize people.

I agree with you. I would also add Shankar and Suresh Wadkar. Vishal-Shekhar were quite good and of the duo Shekhar seemed to have better knowledge of classical music.

I particularly liked Sonu and Suresh Wadkar because they would never go overboard praising the particpants and even if they sometimes did, it was understandable because they were dealing with kids. I find it odd that judges like Himesh keep saying 'mindblowing, outstanding' etc. to any performance even if the singer sings offkey. While it is a good thing to praise and encourage people, false praise does not benefit anyone in the long run.

Totally agree with you! Sonu would make the perfect judge, along with VS and Shankar.
